Four decades of transactional pattern recognition.
Five things we do well.
The disciplines that have produced four decades of value-maximizing outcomes across the middle market.
Capabilities
We are proficient in showcasing the investment opportunities of companies in the execution stage to potential buyers and investors.
Scouts on the floor.
For buy-side relationships, we act as scouts on behalf of a number of corporate and private equity clients to seek and qualify attractive private acquisitions. We have worked diligently throughout our careers to develop relationships with private equity firms, hedge funds, family offices, and fund managers who often seek our perspective for opportunistic acquisitions.
In close consultation with every client, we diligently pursue the best option leading to letter(s) of intent and then a closing, all under the umbrella of enforceable confidentiality and non-circumvention agreements to protect our clients' interests, technology, and business strategy.
“We are available to discuss your client-specific objectives. Clients seek an advisor who can identify opportunities and close deals for them, which is BlackRose Group's core competency in the middle-market sector within our industry specialization.”
The five things we hold to.
BlackRose Group is passionate about connecting people and making their life-long dreams come true. Through ingenuity, integrity, and synergy, our team works cohesively to find ways to add value to client relationships with transparency and trust. We are tenacious in our standard of excellence, delivering the best business results for our clients.
