Ken Miller
Founder & President
Ken brings over 48 years of experience as a M&A advisor, financial planner and wealth advisor. Ken’s M&A experience includes closing 27 transactions for over $300 million in enterprise value, and in 2018, he was nominated by ACG for Louisiana Deal Maker of the year. His financial acumen as a wealth advisor has seen him managing over 80 million dollars a day in the equity and debt markets.
AMIT LAVI
Vice President
Amit has nearly 15 years of experience in various disciplines including investment banking and private equity. Prior to joining BlackRose, Amit worked at Hilco Corporate Finance, the investment bank affiliate of Hilco Global, where he advised middle-market companies in execution of M&A and private placements. Amit also worked in Private Equity, where he executed nearly $1 Billion in real estate transactions.
DALE BEHAN
Senior Consultant
Dale joined the BlackRose Group (BRG) in June 2020 and is based in their Dallas, Texas office. He serves as an Associate of M&A and is a member of the firm’s Advisory Board. Dale has been involved in sell-side and buy-side M&A work for over 10 years. He uses his experience in M&A and consulting to contribute to the team and assist in all areas of the firm, from financial analysis to advisory services.

Frank Somma has over 20 years of experience of sales business development in the telecom, textile and food processing industries. Overseeing and implementing client acquisition and retention strategies while coordinating a team of product management, marketing and logistics professionals has given Frank a broad base of experience in today's complex vertical markets.
Rabia Abbas
Director of Operations
Rabia Abbas brings over 10 years of experience in leading and managing day-to-day operations across organizations. For the past three years, she has been with BlackRose, where she spearheads the buy side team, manages deal flow, and oversees back-office operations. Rabia also drives the firm’s investment strategies through in-depth industry research and opportunity evaluation.
Huma Ijaz
Executive Assistant
Huma has 4+ years of experience in administration. At BlackRose for the past 2 years, she has been providing executive assistance and M&A research. She sources and evaluates acquisition targets, conducts market research, and identifies potential buyers and investors. Working closely with the team, her proactive approach has ensured smooth transactions and effective due diligence, enhancing BlackRose’s investment strategies.
Rimsha Zaib
Associate
Rimsha focuses on research for the back office on the buy side and collaborates closely with the management team. She has completed her Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Virtual University of Pakistan.
